The Picture Book IllustrationNation Workshop 
with Matt Faulkner!
Nationally acclaimed picture book author/illustrator Matt Faulkner will lead a one day workshop with expert illustrator Matt Faulkner focusing on how to create more powerful characters, experimenting with color, and designing unique page layouts. Matt Faulkner has illustratied 34 children's books, won numerous awards, and is currently working on his first graphic novel for Disney/Hyperion. This workshop will be held on June 23rd, from 9:00-4:00, at UW Waukesha. The fee is $40 for SCBWI members, and $50 for non-members, a small price for a full day of valuable instruction and inspiration.
